A floral nose, with hints of citrus, white flowers, peach and a touch of biscuit. Wonderfully chiselled mouthfeel and finish.

Riccardo Zanotto the winemaker was born into a restaurateur family, so food and wine have been their shared passion for many years. They have also been producing Prosecco with their own vineyards that they farm biodynamically. In 2010, Riccardo decided to create his namesake brand, Zanotto. Described as a "merchant manipulant", he buys grapes from his family and friends to make several superb and different wines.

“Whoever drinks one of my bottles should find in it the stories of the past, the scent that made me fall in love with it, and that peculiar personality that distinguishes me, because it’s the witness of a particular territory,” Says Riccardo.

The vineyard is located in Resera, in the province of Treviso, and at the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area. It is situated between 150 and 350m above sea level. It consists of clayey soil that is often calcareous, lean, dry, and not very deep.

Cellaring: Drink now, or reserve it for those nights when Prosecco takes center stage, becoming the star of the show.

Vinification: The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the second, in autoclave according to the Marinotti method for 90-100 days.
