September marks Organic Wine Month, a time to celebrate the richness and authenticity of wines crafted with respect for the environment. At Wine&Earth, we take pride in offering a curated selection of organic wines from passionate small-batch producers who are committed to sustainable practices. Join us as we delve into the stories behind some of our favourite organic winemakers and their wines.
Why choose organic wine?
Organic wines are produced using grapes grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, allowing the natural character of the grape and the terroir to shine through. These wines embody a commitment to environmental stewardship and a deep respect for the land, while also meaning no chemicals are used in production of the wine. Choosing organic wine means supporting sustainable practices and enjoying wines that are pure, vibrant, and full of life.
Revealing the world's best organic wine producers
Ok, we may be a little biased, but we have a basis for this claim. We believe our proprietary sustainability assessment approach goes further than any other UK wine merchant to assess the sustainable practices of wine producers, and our portfolio has been carefully curated by a Master of Wines (there are only around 400 of these people in the world, renowned for having the best palates on earth). We only choose to work with only the best organic producers on the planet.
