Yellow color with gold highlights, limpid, brilliant. Intense, frank, complex nose which reveals aromas of fruit paste (quince, fig, date). Beautiful palate combining roundness and minerality, with a distinctive retro-olfaction (honey, orange zest, toasted almond).

Founded in 1927, the Azé cellar now vinifies 270 hectares of vines under the leadership of Denis Charlot. It has carved out a fine reputation for its white wines, without neglecting its Pinot Noirs and sparkling wines, without forgetting its original sweet vintage.

With an annual production of 20,000 bottles, Cave d'Aze produces wine in stainless steel vats to retain acidic freshness as well as a balanced structure.
